Connect Forge3D to Claude

Let Claude design for you — two ways, pick one.

① Easiest — one-click connector (Claude Desktop)

Claude designs in the cloud, no app or account needed.

1Get the bundle

Download the connector (.mcpb).

2Double-click it

Claude Desktop opens an Install dialog — click Install.

3Find it

It shows up under + → Connectors in the chat box.

4Ask away

“design a sumo robot” — Claude builds it.

② Drive your installed app live

So Claude builds right inside your Forge3D 3D viewport.

  1. Open the Forge3D app (download above) and sign in / continue offline.
  2. On the home screen, click “Connect to Claude” (top-right) → Turn on the bridge.
  3. Click Copy config — it copies a small MCP snippet.
  4. Paste it into your Claude MCP config (Claude Desktop: Settings → Developer → Edit config; Claude Code: your .mcp.json), then restart Claude.
  5. Ask Claude to build — it appears live in your open app.
